Our Zoom Classes
These are online fitness classes with groups of 6 or more. We offer them from Monday to Thursday at 6pm. There are two levels of training both classes require little to no exercise equipment but we do use everyday objects like chairs, water bottles, towels and tables so find a spot with some wifi, space to move and grab your exercise mat.
Home Bound and Healthy:
Is our beginner level workout program. its for people just getting started or who want an easier / recovery session. The core workouts focus on the fundamentals of core activation and the full body days focus on basic movement patterns.
Home Bound Hero:
This is our intermediate to advanced option. Clients need some level of fitness and will be put though their paces for great full body workout. If you want to get your heart rate up and get your sweat on, this is the option for you.
Monday and Wednesday 6pm: Home Bound Hero (Intermediate)
Tuesday and Thursday 6pm: Home Bound and Healthy (Beginner)
