  • We will help you to go up a level in lower abdominal strength

We will test your strength and help you improve this hard to reach area by going up one strength level with in three months (most clients do more then that in the first month).

 

  • We will teach you how to lose 2cm around your waist

We will teach you core training techniques that help to slim your waist. With weight loss most clients lose more than that.

 

  • We will help you to increase your cardiovascular times for rowing, running and cycling.

We measure this and guarantee you will improve your times and distances over 5 mins.

 

  • We will get you to increase your flexibility in areas it needs to be improved.

We will test and measure your flexibility and improve areas that are tight compared to standards and norms. This really helps with posture as well as improving movement dis-function.

 

  • That you will receive training suited to help you reach your goals

We will tailor exercise routines towards your specific goals what ever they may be.

 

For this guarantee to be in full effect we will ask the following of you:

 

To lower your alcohol consumption while you are training with us and to only have two standard units of alcohol a week.  Preferably on the weekends, this is difficult to measure but we are trusting you here.

 

That you see a dietician and follow their advice on nutrition. Also that you go to all appointments. We will check up on you.

 

That you don’t have any injuries or any underlying injuries that could surface while training that may prevent you from reaching your goals.

 

That you come to every session or make up missed sessions in the time that you are training with us.

If necessary, that you follow a cardio routine on the days you are not training with us and that you reach level 2 with in 3 months. You will need to log this on the strava app or something similar. If you are able, please start with the intermediate program.
